Qualifications:

NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY.Rather, we have a proven track record at developing those with the motivation, personality, and basic skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals.You may be well suited for this role if you have:

• At least 4+ years work experience, with 2+ years in an international company or working with international corporate clients.
• A broad knowledge of industries, job functions within commercial professions, and the business environment in China are also very helpful.
• The desire to learn new things each day, enjoy working with people and helping others, be service-oriented, appreciate working in a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international business situations.
• The right person(s) should also be mature, professional, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and an excellent communicator.
• Those who are willing to build up long-term career success, take high pressure and challenge, even tough working enviroment, and achieve remarkable results through execellent effort.
• Good English a must, both spoken and written.Search Consultant can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.

Associates

The main role of Wang & Li Associates is to support the search efforts of top-caliber, Wang & Li Search Consultants in a fast growing, international-caliber environment. During the process of working closely on search cases with their Consultant, they are able to quickly build their professional capabilities and expertise in the recruitment industry. Through their interaction with leading companies, Wang & Li Associates accumulate extensive knowledge and expertise in understanding job market and industry trends, key organization functions, and a variety of company business models and operations. They also develop their capabilities in career advisory, as well as in client and candidate servicing.

The goal for any Wang & Li Associate is to develop him/herself into a Wang & Li Search Consultant, a role which offers excellent financial benefits and career opportunities for individuals. At Wang & Li, Associates are able to become top-caliber, Search Consultants faster and better than on any recruitment platform in our industry (typically, 9 - 15 months). The main reason for this is because Wang & Li Associates are given the chance to handle more responsibilities and aspects of a search case than what Researchers/Associates are allowed to handle in most other recruitment firms. In fact, within the recruitment industry, experienced Wang & Li Associates are often compared in caliber and capability to those at the Consultant level among our competitors.

Qualifications:

NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY.Those who would be most suited for this role would be:

• Chinese professionals with 1-3 years working experience, preferably within an international company(s) or international-caliber environment.
• Those with administrative, customer service, operations support, or research backgrounds are preferred, but not a must.
• Mature, stable, professional, efficient and organized, an excellent communicator, a go-getter, self-initiated, hands-on, a fast learner, and have a curious mind.
• Those who enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy supporting and helping others, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international-oriented situations.
• Those who are willing to build up long-term career success, take high pressure and challenge, even tough working enviroment, and achieve remarkable results through execellent effort.
• Good English is a must, both spoken and written.Associates can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
